Ingredients • 1 large broccoli crown, cut into florets• 12 ounces cavatappi pasta• 1⅓ cups ricotta• ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese• 3 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning, plus more for serving• ½ teaspoon lemon zest• Kosher salt• Black pepper Instructions 1.
