Ritz churros Ingredients ● 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon● 1 tablespoon granulated sugar● 4 tablespoons butter, melted● 1 teaspoon vanilla extract● 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar● 6 ounces Ritz crackers (54 crackers) Instructions Mix cinnamon and granulated sugar. Set aside. In a big bowl, mix butter, vanilla, and brown sugar. Add crackers; toss. Add cinnamon-sugar mixture. Toss again. Spread crackers on baking sheet. Bake at 300° F until golden, 15 minutes. Makes 4 cups. Ranch saltines Ingredients ● 4 tablespoons butter, melted● 2 tablespoons powdered ranch dressing mix● 8 ounces mini saltine crackers (about 4 cups)● 1 to 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill Instructions Combine butter and ranch dressing mix in a large bowl.
