Kansas City Chiefs win Super Bowl

On February 12, the Kansas City Chiefs beat the Philadelphia Eagles, 38–35, to win the Super Bowl, the championship game of the National Football League (NFL). It is the Chiefs’ second title in four years. The game was played in front of a crowd of 67,827 at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona. It was the first Super Bowl to have two Black starting quarterbacks, Patrick Mahomes of the Chiefs and Jalen Hurts of the Eagles. During the regular season, the teams were number one in their respective conferences. Both teams started the game strong.
