Actor Chris Hemsworth challenges his body and mind in a new series.

Having played Thor, one of the strongest heroes in the Marvel films, for more than a decade, Chris Hemsworth knows a bit about being superhuman. In the new National Geographic series Limitless with Chris Hemsworth, he is testing his own superhuman abilities. The six-part documentary series premiered on Disney+ on November 16. In each episode, Hemsworth tries extreme challenges designed to explore the full potential of the human body and mind. The challenges include walking across a crane on top of a 900-foot skyscraper and swimming in freezing Arctic water. His ultimate goal is to unlock the secrets of how humans can live healthier and longer lives. Hemsworth, age 39, was born in Melbourne, Australia.
