Have you ever done something that made you cringe? No one likes feeling awkward, but learning to cope with embarrassment can make you feel more confident. What does embarrassment feel like? Embarrassment is a big feeling that can make you laugh, cry and want to hide under your duvet forever. Falling over in a shop or accidentally calling your teacher “Mum” might feel like the end of the world, but everyone gets embarrassed sometimes.
