Tell us your favourite place to be in nature. I love all of nature, so that’s a tough choice! But probably in the woods or by the sea. If you were a tree, which one would you be? I think I would be a big old oak tree with lots of squirrels and jays scurrying around in my branches. What is your favourite thing about Jed, the main character? I love his courage and determination, and the way he risks everything to help his friends. Do you write by hand or on a computer? I make all my notes and plans by hand, but type up the story on a computer. Name the top three qualities your heroes must have. They definitely have to be brave, they must be resourceful…
