OVER THE GARDEN WALL FANS The Cartoon Network channel and Wallace & Gromit animation studio Aardman have released a short stop-motion film for the 10th anniversary of Over the Garden Wall. In it, the show’s main characters – Greg, Wirt and Beatrice – are carved wooden puppets. A TINY HIPPO On 30 October, a pygmy hippo calf was born at Edinburgh Zoo. She has been named Haggis, after the traditional Scottish dish. Pygmy hippos are endangered, and there are only around 2,500 left in the wild.
