We all want to be liked. Sometimes, this means we might say or do something that doesn’t feel right because we want to please someone else. However, it’s important to learn how to be truer to ourselves and become comfortable saying “no”. This is called setting boundaries. What is setting boundaries? Setting boundaries is being honest and respectful about what you like and dislike. That makes you more likely to speak and behave in ways that are true to your feelings.
