The gift that became a business A man who was given a cheese-making kit for Christmas five years ago has now built a cheese factory in his garage. Matthew Lloyd, from Gobowen, England, has become fascinated by cheese since he had a go with the kit. “I really got into the science of it all,” he said. He now makes a halloumi-style cheese that’s flavoured with spearmint, and a smoked cheese, which he sells to local shops.
