Name: Felicity Felicity “I was walking to school when I saw a pigeon on the road looking like it couldn’t fly. I went to school but was worried about it all day. Then when I was walking home, I spotted the bird again. Me and my friends tried to move the bird then one of us decided to pick it up. We wrapped him in jumpers and I brought him home and asked myparents if I could look after him until he was able to fly. That evening I spoke to a bird expert who lives on my street. He inspected the bird and said that it wasn’t injured but looked fragile. My dad got some bird seed to feed it, which it happily ate. I hardly slept that night.…
