A life of helping others

Since winning £115 million in a EuroMillions draw in 2019 with her husband, Frances Connolly guesses that she’s given away £60 million to help others. She has always had a passion for helping, having volunteered with St John Ambulance as a child. She’s used the money to set up two charitable foundations and she supports local groups that help refugees (people who had to leave their home to find safety), young carers and people looking for jobs.
