Plan for music in Welsh schools

The Welsh government has announced plans for a National Music Service, which will provide free access to musical instruments for pupils aged between three and 16. The Welsh government will also give more money for music teaching, rising from £1.5 million to £4.5 million a year, to help provide free music lessons in primary schools.
