Smile for five

Names: Alexander and Mia “During National Mental Health Awareness week, our school, Sheen Mount Primary School in Richmond, London, took part in the Smile for five challenge. The challenge was to share five smiles or more every day to make others feel happy. Did you know… smiling is contagious, so the more you share your smile, the more endorphins will be released. These endorphins are happy hormones that rush around your body and lift your mood. Each day, a Smile Ambassador stood up in front of the class and talked about how a smile made them feel.
