This Jumanji spin-off goes well beyond the jungle.

Zathura: A Space Adventure Chili, DVD, Prime Video, Rakuten TV, Sky Store Two brothers find a mysterious board game in Zathura: A Space Adventure, a 2005 film based on a book by Chris Van Allsburg. If the plot sounds familiar, that’s because this was a spin-off of the original 1995 Jumanji film. Whereas Jumanji is all about the jungle, though, Zathura takes place in outer space, where the family must try to survive the game with the help of an astronaut. Although it wasn’t a huge hit in the cinema when it was first released, its strong acting performances and special effects make it well worth a watch. There’s a tie-in board game, Zathura: Adventure Is Waiting, which fans of the film can play – if they’re brave enough.…
