The 30 Days Wild challenge

The Wildlife Trusts’ 30 Days Wild campaign is back this June. The aim of the campaign is to get people to connect with nature every day for a month. The charity is giving away free activity packs that include tools to help you reach your goal, like a calendar to plan and record nature adventures and wildflower seeds to plant. This year’s challenges are split into five themes: tune into the senses; movement and play; learning and discovery; helping nature; and emotional connection to nature. Activities could include listening to the birds singing as you eat your breakfast, building a bug hotel, exploring a new nature-filled area or counting how many types of bee you can spot in a park or garden.
