Do you find you’re able to understand how your friends feel? This could be because you have good emotional intelligence, an important set of skills that help you overcome challenges. What is emotional intelligence? Emotional intelligence is being clever about your feelings. This can mean knowing when you’re angry and calming yourself down, or noticing if a friend is sad and cheering them up.
