Alabama, US Tree hugger breaks record An environmental activist has broken the world record for the most trees hugged in one hour. Abubakar Tahiru wanted to highlight how important trees are. During his record attempt at Tuskegee National Forest, he hugged 1,123 trees. He hopes his record will inspire young people in Ghana, where he grew up, to make a difference.
