Lineker returns to TV job

TV presenter Gary Lineker is coming back to his job on television after settling an argument with the BBC. He was taken off Match of the Day after disagreeing with the BBC’s bosses about what he is and isn’t allowed to say on social media. How did all this start? Last week, the Government said that under its new plan, people who arrive from across the Channel on unsafe boats will be removed from the UK and banned from seeking protection and living in the UK in future. Lots of people disagree with the plan, including BBC presenter Lineker.
