A new report has found that the net zero economy in the UK is doing very well, creating jobs while helping to tackle climate change. What is the net zero economy? The net zero economy refers to the workers, money and resources in industries that are helping the UK achieve its target of net zero by 2050. Net zero is when the greenhouse gases (such as carbon dioxide) put into the atmosphere are balanced by those taken out. Greenhouse gases cause climate change.
