British fashion puts on a show

London Fashion Week (LFW) took place from 20 to 24 February, bringing fashion lovers and celebrities to the city for five days of shows and events showing off the best of British fashion design. This year, there was a greater focus on sustainability. The event was opened by E.L.V. Denim, a fashion brand whose clothes are made from recycled materials. The company reuses old or unwanted fabric that would usually be thrown away. Based in east London, E.L.V. Denim makes luxury clothes including patchwork jeans, denim shirts and even dresses made from bed covers. E.L.V.
