Do you have a favourite dog breed? Probably the cocker spaniel, as that’s what we have as a family pet. They aren’t very clever and their ears are larger than their head, which is quite funny. When my dog turns her head really quickly, she sometimes hits herself in the face with her own ears, which is so funny it gives me hiccups. What was your first pet? A black cat called Lulu. When I was five years old, however, I ended up in hospital in an oxygen tent. We worked out that I am very allergic to cats, so Lulu had to b rehomed by a pub down the road.
