Trump causes trouble at G7 summit

US president, Donald Trump, fell out with the other leaders at the G7 summit, which was held on 8 and 9 June in Quebec, Canada. The G7 summit is a meeting that is held every year between seven powerful countries – Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the UK and the US. They meet to talk about important issues affecting the world. This year it was hoped that the seven countries would be able to reach an agreement on how they trade goods with one another. Before the meeting, Trump introduced a charge of 25% on steel brought in to the US from other countries.
