The TV star and author talks about being fearless.

TV star and author Dermot O’Leary’s favourite advice for young people is inspired by an old ice hockey player whose attitude was to always give things a try. “Go for it, because what is the worst that can happen?” says O’Leary. “If you fail at one thing, you’ll succeed at another, so just keep going.
