Catalonia, Spain Town purchases unusual building Espai Corberó, a building that is also a work of art, has been bought for £2.5 million by the town where it stands. Designed by the artist Xavier Corberó, the building is known for staircases leading nowhere, empty caverns and a theatre that can seat 250 people. The plan is for the site, in Esplugues de Llobregat, to be opened to the public.
