With superstar players and millions of fans, golf is one of the biggest sports in the world. Even if you have never picked up a golf club, give it a go and start driving, chipping and putting the ball. With a little help, you’ll soon be having fun on the course. Golf is enjoyed by all sorts of people, from young beginners to experienced players. You must hit your ball, using one of a range of clubs, from the tee (starting place) into the hole. The number of shots you take to get the ball into each hole are added together. The aim is to have the lowest total score after playing all holes. Each hole is a different distance from the tee.
