Music to say thank you

Apollo Premadasa, a six-year-old boy, wrote a piece of classical music called Pandemia to say thank you to NHS staff. To celebrate the NHS’s 73rd birthday, four medical staff from Newham hospital and the Royal London hospital performed Premadasa’s composition. Premadasa said, “I wrote this piece to say thank you to all the doctors, nurses and scientists. It’s been a really hard time for them and they have all been heroes.” The Feeling, Sophie Ellis-Bextor, and Jamie Cullum have also released a song to say thank you. They recorded a cover version of Fleetwood Mac’s song Don’t Stop.…
