Our cover line this week sums up our story on page 5; the weather has truly been wild. I was grateful for the official warnings and made sure I didn’t make any plans that would have to be called off. We write our All About features well in advance, so it was just coincidence that the report on weather forecasting (page 12) appears in this issue. I’m glad to hear that powerful computers are helping out, rather than having to check if sheep are huddling!
