AI chatbots and apps can help you write stories, make pictures and answer your questions.

Artificial intelligence (AI) is technology that helps computers to think, learn and create in a way similar to humans. The last year has seen a lot of new AI apps and tools developed. ChatGPT and Microsoft CoPilot are two examples of AI chatbots that you can have a conversation with. You could ask them about a subject that you’re studying at school, or a part of history that you’re interested in, or tips for good places to visit on holiday. Teachers might be able to use these apps to create lesson plans to use in the classroom but they have other uses too, like boosting creativity.
