Writing or drawing? Right now I’d say drawing. But I could change my mind tomorrow. What is your best childhood memory? So many different kinds of happy memories. Here’s one: the arrival of my first dog when I was 10. She was Dixie, an independent shih tzu who meowed. Did you follow rules when you were a child? I definitely did. BUT some of the rules I made up myself. That’s allowed, isn’t it? What is your favourite children’s book? Comet in Moominland was the first Moomin book I found, and I fell in love with the characters, their world and Tove Jansson’s art. Fantastic. I love all the Moomin books.
