Amazon river dolphin

A team of scientists have noticed that male Amazon river dolphins wee on each other. Often, the dolphin who is being weed on appears to chase the wee and stick its snout into it. The scientists say it could be a form of communication between the dolphins. • LIFESPAN: About 30 years. • HABITAT: Rivers and lakes. • SIZE: Up to 2.8 metres long. • DIET: Up to 53 species of fish, as well as crabs, frogs and turtles. • FUN FACT: This species is born grey but gradually turns pink as it gets older.
