From 14 to 16 February, the 61st Munich Security Conference took place in Munich, Germany. What is the Munich Security Conference? It is an annual event where politicians and officials meet to discuss the world’s most important security issues. There was much to discuss this year, including the war between Russia and Ukraine, which began when Russia launched a full-scale invasion of Ukraine in 2022. On 24 February, it will be exactly three years since Russia tried to invade the whole country. Ukraine’s president, Volodymyr Zelensky, gave a speech at the conference.
