Help nature this winter

People often like to stay inside and be cosy during the festive season but the Christmas holidays are a great chance to get outside and enjoy getting close to nature. The Wildlife Trusts, a group of charities dedicated to helping nature, is running its 12 Days Wild challenge. From Christmas Day to 5 January, people are encouraged to do one wild thing a day. These can be activities that will help wildlife, or something that will help you connect with nature. Activities could include going on a winter walk and looking out for different types of wildlife.
