Visiting an Anglo-Saxon village

Name: Tim “During October half-term I went to an Anglo-Saxon reconstructed village in West Stow with my mum, dad, my nan and my dog Stella. In the village I made an Anglo-Saxon coin and watched a man craft a metal engraving which was found on a helmet at Sutton Hoo. I also got to wear a helmet and touched a sword. I learned that in the 700s and 800s, the south of Britain was split into seven Anglo-Saxon kingdoms including Kent, where I live.
