Bake lavender shortbread biscuits What you need ● 50g caster sugar ● 1 teaspoon edible lavender ● 110g butter ● 150g plain flour, plus extra for rolling ● Bowl ● Rolling pin ● Cookie cutter Instructions Put the sugar, lavender and 100g of butter into a large bowl and mix together well. Add the flour and mix until you produce a dough. Knead the dough into a ball and roll out onto a lightly floured surface using a rolling pin. Roll the dough out evenly and try to roll to a normal biscuit thickness (around 3–5mm). Cut the biscuits out using any shaped cookie cutter.
