Exam results in Scotland

On 6 August, students in Scotland received National, Higher and Advanced Higher exam results. The day began with a delay as thousands of students were sent emails with blank spaces where their grades should have been, but the issue was resolved quickly. Exam pass rates fell and they are now closer to what they were before the Covid pandemic. Pupil Kate told the BBC she was “very relieved” but said the delay had left her “a bit shaky”.…
