That's more than one single horsemanship mistake, but whether it's a box issue or turning off or facing or riding, people are miscommunicating with their horses. They're asking the wrong way and not getting the responses they need. Say you're backed into the box but your horse is spinning out or not standing square. You may be pulling him backward when you think you're turning him to the right.
