I love this corner as it’s one of the shadiest and most private spots. We built this pond from scratch 20 years ago. We dug the stream first and then the pond and planted everything. I find all the foliage and sound of the water so calming. We have a table and chairs next to the pond and often enjoy a glass of wine there. My husband likes to watch the fish while I think about what to plant next.
