Bloody Mary rigatoni Serves 2 2 tbsp butter 4 tsp olive oil 2 red onions, finely sliced 2 celery sticks, very finely chopped 200g rigatoni 2 large garlic cloves, grated 1 tsp celery seeds 6 tbsp tomato purée 4 tsp hot sauce 6 good dashes of Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp vodka or gin Juice of 1 lemon 100ml double cream Grated parmesan and ground black pepper, to serve 1 Put the butter and olive oil in a heavy-based saucepan over a low–medium heat.
