The story so far Ryan Bharaj and his brother Jay were working in hospitality when they were offered the chance to buy a Piaggio Ape pizza van. Although it fell through, it inspired them to invest in a converted horsebox from which to sell handmade, wood-fired pizzas – and Dough Man's Land was born. They began largely catering to weddings, but three years ago they got a permanent pitch in Finnieston in Glasgow's West End where they now sell Thursdays to Sundays.
