Sitting down at a bench outside the Skipness Seafood Cabin – a wooden shack serving creel-caught langoustines, hand-dived scallops from Loch Fyne and home-cured salmon, all with majestic views over the Isle of Arran – I had to take a moment to breathe it all in.
