Seeking out new beginnings takes courage. It's easy not to feel challenged in any way and to carry on down the same path. Trying things out is brave. This is something I've come to realise over the past year as I've started a different job in a new school.
Personal success is the most important outcome of education. That a young person can grow, that they can manage their emotions, that they are as resilient as possible and that they are kind people who give back to society.
