As the trees start to shed their leaves and the plants disperse their seeds, we too can benefit from reflecting on what we might be holding onto and how we can let go of the things we no longer need. Whether it's negative emotions, toxic relationships, the need to be busy or past regrets, many of us find ourselves holding onto patterns of thinking and behaviour through habit or fear of what might happen if we stop. And yet letting go and allowing the ebb and flow of change is as much a part of human nature as it is for trees and plants.
