Woggles at the ready? Gather your makeshift troop for an adventure in the woods. Take inspiration from the Scouts, Guides and Woodcraft Folk to enjoy a trip to your nearest woodland – making simple food to share on tree stumps, playing games among the branches and rounding off with a bit of foraging before heading home (no need for camping on this mini adventure). Make the Scouts proud and be prepared with a rucksack packed with hot dogs (which can be heated up with a simple tin can stove), rolls, homemade sauerkraut and potato salad.
