My day in cups of tea

We get out the teapot and a good, plain cake to have a chat with Yorkshire book blogger Miranda Mills about a day in the life of her tea and reading habits

Good morning, where are you waking up? I’m lucky to live in part of an old Yorkshire country house. I get up at 5.30am and make a cup of tea to have in my room – it has incredible, hand-painted wallpaper from the 1930s, a little torn and faded, but all the more beautiful for it. Then I join my writers’ group on Zoom at 5.55am. Afterwards, I have another tea before doing my workout. I aim to be at my desk by 9.30am.
