You probably say sorry several times a day unthinkingly, but when was the last time you made a heartfelt apology? We all make mistakes; even the kindest and most gentle souls have someone they would like to make amends with or something they wish to resolve. Whether it's a family rift, a neglected friendship, relationship break up or conflict at work, where there's a regrettable or unresolved incident, it is always worth offering an apology*. You don't even need to believe that you're wrong or guilty to say sorry, but you will feel a better person for it.
