A minty fresh feat

Store CUPBOARD SUMS Peppermint foot scrub A treat for the feet. In a small bowl, mix together 225g Epsom salts or finely ground sea salt, 100ml of a carrier oil (try peach kernel, olive or sunflower), 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh rosemary and 10 drops peppermint essential oil. Pour into a sterilised wide-mouthed jar. The oil will need to be mixed in again before use. Apply a scoop to each foot and massage in thoroughly - it’s best used in a footbath with a towel to hand, because it will make your feet slippery. Rinse off and dry your feet.
