“A lot of people told us to tear the house down, but we wanted to keep it and that decision was very rewarding” When Australians Kim Amos and Stephen Eakin decided to take a year off and have a sabbatical, they left their Sydney home and headed for Byron Bay on the New South Wales coast with their three children, Noah, Hunter and Arlo.
