The heat, too much sun and insect bites can leave both you and your skin feeling irritable and sore. This homemade bath soak is for when your skin needs to relax as much as you do. The milk powder contains protein and lactic acid, which help to gently exfoliate and and firm the skin, while oat flour soothes inflamed and irritated skin and baking soda relieves itchiness. Blending bergamot, lavender and lemon essential oils gives the soothing and calming nature of Earl Grey tea and works for most skin types*.
