The forager Inspired by what she finds in her local fields and hedgerows, Erin Bunting runs a farm-to-fork seasonal supper club on her organic smallholding in Northern Ireland. A decision to change her career took Erin Bunting from London to a 100-acre organic farm in East Cork, to train at the prestigious Ballymaloe cookery school.
