The corners of our homes that mean the most. This month: UP THE GARDEN PATH

My garden is my passion. I work in healthcare during evenings and weekends, so I get to enjoy much of my day in it. I've been slowly redeveloping it over the past three years. What was previously lawn is now densely planted with three cobbled paths. This path leads to a small wildlife pond and pergola with seating. When I'm in my green space I feel a sense of calm but a sense of achievement, too. Libby Webb, Edinburgh, @docleaves The path was constructed out of necessity because of the wet autumn and winter.
